JA Construction & Remodeling has been building, remodeling, and repairing homes in Kona and across the Big Island of Hawaii for 18 years. We're based in Kailua-Kona and serve everywhere from Kailua-Kona down to Ocean View.
We're generalists by design — you shouldn't need to hire five different contractors to get one project done. Outside of plumbing and electric (we coordinate with trusted local sub-contractors for those), we handle everything ourselves. Framing, roofing, tile, cabinetry, drywall, finish carpentry, flooring, paint — it's all the same crew, so there's one point of contact from start to finish.
We show up on time, clean up at the end of the day, and finish what we start. That's it. No tricks, no upsells, no surprise line-items at the end. Just solid work and straight answers.
